Description
Promastop Brandmanchet FC-3
PROMASTOP®-FC are fire protection collars for sealing off plastic pipes.
They consist of a round powder-coated stainless steel frame and a special intusive insert.
Fastening tabs are provided on the stainless steel frame.
Application
PROMASTOP®-FC are used as pipe sleeves to seal off combustible insulated (PE and FEF) and non-insulated standardized plastic pipes, multilayer composite pipes and aluminum composite pipes (sewage, drinking water, heating, pneumatic tube and vacuum cleaner pipes). They can be either surface-mounted or inserted for pipe penetrations through fire-resistant walls and solid ceilings. Pipe penetrations are possible either perpendicular or oblique to the component surface. PROMASTOP®-FC has been tested and verified as a single pipe penetration seal (ABG Z-19.53-2547) or as a supplement in the PROMASTOP® combination bulkhead, type CC (ABG Z-19.53-2541).
