MEET THE FAMILY | Kevin Rosel

Who is Kevin?

I am Kevin, 28 years old and live in Breda. I am half Dutch, half American and born in Saarbrücken in Germany. At the age of six I moved from America to the Netherlands. Eventually I got my diplomas here, started working at 18 and ended up in logistics at 20.

How did you end up at HANKO?

I was dissatisfied with my previous employer so I started looking for a job where I would enjoy myself. I ended up at HANKO via an employment agency and after a pleasant conversation with Tim, I got to work here!

What is your job at HANKO?

I have been working for almost 1.5 years now as a warehouse employee at HANKO in Breda. Together with the rest of the logistics team I am responsible for loading, unloading and picking orders.

What makes the work so enjoyable for you?

The variety of the work and the attention we can pay to the deliveries! Great colleagues, both in the warehouse and in the office. The cooperation is always smooth, everything is negotiable and there is a very nice atmosphere.

Where does your strength lie?

That lies in keeping a cool head, when things get busy just put your shoulders to the wheel and always stay positive no matter what! I also have an affinity with logistics and enjoy my work.

What does the HANKO-FAMILY mean to you?

HANKO-FAMILY is my 'home away from home', my second home! Colleagues are really important to me and we are always there for each other. We recently had a company trip to Barcelona and in my mind that speaks volumes about what kind of company we are!

What does DEDICATION FOR INSULATION mean to you?

Passion for my work and love for the industry! It's nice to have an employer who actually values the DEDICATION. The DEDICATION we deliver gets back to us in the appreciation of our customers and that gives a nice feeling!
