Who is Judith?

A spontaneous lady from Breda, born 44 years ago in Hilden (Germany). From the age of 4 I grew up warm and loving in Breda/Ulvenhout. After my studies at the “MHS De Rooie Pannen” in Tilburg, I worked for 3 years in Hotel Metropole and lived in Brussels. Love and the death of my mother brought me back to beautiful Breda.

Meanwhile, for 16 years I have been the proud mother of three children, 2 of which are in high school and 1 in elementary school. Besides enjoying these 3 around me every other week, I love the Burgundian life. I can also enjoy the coziness at home, with family, loved ones and dear friends. I like to watch a field hockey game of H1 and D1 of Zwart-Wit and HC Breda. I find relaxation in reading books, watching series, walking and being on the water.

How did you end up at Hanko?

Before this I worked at the OK Oil Company in the office. I was looking for a new challenge. When I was approached by a recruiter it seemed like a good opportunity and I grabbed it with both hands. After a conversation with Sjoerd I was completely open to this challenge and within a week we were done.

What is your function at Hanko?

I have been working in sales since July 2021. The lady in the male sales team!

What makes the job so enjoyable for you?

Besides the nice colleagues and the nice customer contact, I love the dynamics of the day and managing the entire sales process. No day is the same or standard, in terms of work. I also enjoy the international aspect, for example when you're talking to a Dutch customer and a French, German or English customer calls. The great thing is that we all have the same goal, we can switch together, are flexible and help each other where necessary.

Where does your strength lie?

My strengths lie in my customer focus, collegiality, spontaneity, eagerness to learn, openness and flexibility.

What does the Hanko family mean to you?

Sincere, honest, close, involved, being there for each other. It feels to me like a warm bath that I have arrived in. We all have the same goal in mind, as well as the Hanko Family feeling.

What does Dedication for Insulation mean to you?

After six months, more and more Dedication for Insulation. I am getting more and more in touch with it. This is partly due to the colleagues who take me along with them. Complete Dedication to the Hanko Family!
