Description
Isomat KE
Isomat is a sound insulating plastic sheet with a high mass and of great flexibility. This combination results in very good improvements in the sound insulation of sheet metal, aluminum, wood and plastics.

- Isomat KE is provided on one or both sides with a jute backing which reinforces the internal tensile strength and ensures easy bonding to plywood or steel plate.
Applications
Isomat KE is recommended for situations where sound needs to be reduced that penetrates through a relatively light wall or floor. For example, machine noise penetrating the wooden floor of a motor yacht, or sound transmission through air ducts and machine enclosures. The greatest reductions are obtained if the wall or floor to which Isomat KE is applied is no heavier than the insulation board itself.
